The air terminal is EarlyStreamer Emission (E.S.E.) type which is equipped with an upper series ofspark-generating electrodes. The triggering device of the E.S.E. air terminalis sealed in a stainless-steel housing fixed at the center of its central rod.
The air terminal shall be fixedat the top of a GI elevation pole with base so as be at least 3 meters abovethe structure to be protected. Its height above roof level would be dependenton the level of protection and the protection radii required.
